I have always loved Brio, but our service this time was horrible. The server was really slow and it took 15 minutes to get our 2nd round of drinks. It felt like she was rushed and would leave our table quickly before we could even ask for something we needed. We also did not receive a side dish or cheese for our pasta dishes. View all feedback.

The restaurant clearly overbooked on reservations. Despite having a reservation we did have to wait over 30 minutes. In the scheme of things, it wasn’t that long. The staff was understanding and trying to accommodate everyone. While at the table, the server never asked to refill our drinks.
