What User likes about Mitchell's Tavern:
There is an incredible new drink menu. One is the infamous Mojito!!! Taste tested the new mojito today it is up for the BEST in CLE! Their Lake Erie perch, the daily specials, the regular menu items and awesome pizza all get 5/5! The servers at Mitchell’s really care about their customers. L I highly recommend Mitchell’s Tavern. What User doesn't like about Mitchell's Tavern:
Lack of servers. Even if they slowed down, they had to go to the bar to get a drink as the server was not attentive. Fries were undercooked and still raw. Asked for cooked pommes, but never get as server never asked cook to remake. Ribs tasted good, but unfortunately I got the park with small bones and lots of cartilage and fat. "My husband loves pizza and it's what he wanted for his birthday. A friend recommended this spot to us so when we were in town visiting my parents, it was my husband's choice for his birthday meals. My parents, husband, and I shared: Meat Cheese Plate Speck Pie (large) Half Diavolo/Half Green Pie (large) The pizzas are really good. The speck pie was definitely my favorite. I love lemon on a pizza and that with the hot honey and pistachios was a great combo. I'd recommend getting a large and splitting it between two people. It's the right amount of food and you save a lot of money over getting two smalls."

"The food is good, but definitely not excellent, although the fresh fish is a plus. The Bouillabaisse is a good soup, but is not a boillabaisse and is surprisingly tomato-based. As a side I had potato gratin, which was very salty. One of us got a grilled fish, but the Italian tomato sauce was a bit overwhelming. Altogether good, but more pleasant for the ambience and sophistication than for the food."
