I’ve been on the hunt for “the best” pate chaud (bahn pate so), ever since i stumbled across is at Little Shop of Mary in Torrance (one of the best). So the official hunt began in little saigon, of course. Au Coeur de Paris pork pate chaud has a few things going for them: they come HOT and ready to eat, they make their own puff pastry so its really good not oily or salty, good quality, the pork flavor is really tasty...
