Baskin-robbins - Westminster

Every time I visit this restaurant for a mangonada, I’m told they “do not have the ingredients to make it.” On one occasion, they noticed how excited I was to have it and jokingly said, “Oh, let me in on the review.” To my surprise, they suddenly had it available! It feels like they might just be too lazy to prepare it or perhaps they have inventory issues. This is the only place where I've encountered this problem. At other establishments, they always have it in stock and serve me with a smile.

I discovered a hair in my cream. None of the staff were wearing gloves or hairnets. There were two men and a woman working, and one of the men kept running his hands through his hair before continuing to prepare the ice cream, seemingly still wearing the same gloves.

The staff was incredibly helpful and patient, even during busy times. The selection of flavors was fantastic, and the customer service was excellent, all at affordable prices.

They went out of their way to make a special order cake for my son's birthday! It was so amazing and delicious.

Stopped in here for ice cream after date night and the place was very busy. I think we walked in we were second in line we probably had 20 people behind us after we ordered. They took care of us, then told us about some ice cream that they had on sale, I had a military hat on and they thanked me for my service and gave me a military discount. We went here specifically because the reviews weren't that good, but I understand that things change and you have turnover. We were greeted with a smile, Service was excellent the ice cream is always good. If I were to cook critique I would say that the lobby could've been a little cleaner but like I said they were very busy. We will be back again and thank you for the great service.
