Long drive thru lines in the AM but walked in and got prompt service. High volume store due to proximity to freeway so if you want some grub you may be out of luck if it's the afternoon. Good staff, always friendly. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
Poor customer service. Drinks are consistently made incorrectly and when you try to address it, they are defensive and try to convince you that the drink is fine. It would be helpful if the staff smiled more and provided better customer service. Overall, it was a negative experience and I would not recommend this restaurant. View all feedback.
You guys ALWAYS forget the extra caramel drizzle 50% of the time and im always paying extra for it. Some people don't have the time to go back and get it fixed....
