What Suzann Flagg doesn't like about Forbidden City Chinese:
Ordered the three meat Lo Mein and asked for it to be spicy. I guess I needed to ask for extra spice. The meat was mostly beef and I didn't like the fat left on, very chewy so I spit most of it out, yuck. No rice with order. $7 more expensive then when Iorder Szechuan Lo Mein combination (which includes shrimp) and comes with rice, from my favorite Eldersburg take out.
