I went through the morning to collect my order. I was asked to park my car and wait. I was late for work so I couldn't wait and drove away. on the afternoon I came back to ask her about the command and apologised me. they made me happy. they were completely understanding and assured me that it was okay. come here! customer service is amazing! Ordered in store. Stood in pickup line for exactly 23 minutes. Finally asked about the order and the manager quickly put it together and gave it to me. But no apologies for the long wait, no explanations given. And then when we weren’t given sauce my partner went in to grab some and they charged him 2 5minutes for wait time is kind of standard. Someone died here and so I waited for eating and it turns out that not very fresh and bad made bad customer service all around just good it is always open, but has not always the complete menu either so can not be ice for dinner time pitiful.
Absolutely disgusting, dirty eating! burgers are rough, chips are tasteless, koks is sirup. I will not mention that the leiche was found in the restaurant toilet in 2016, which was not noticed for a whole weekend.
Must be the worst hungry hunting in perth. in any case smart ass, who took orders today at 11:40 o'clock, could not get what we said after we asked him to repeat it and then he had the nerve to talk to my mother. that really upset me. in addition, the order could not receive directly when we received our food. ur a witz no wonder ur barely busy, best franchise and ruined by a baptism of half wits.
Visited HJs Balcatta in Dec 2016. The quality of burgers here is significantly poor than HJ in south perth or Cannington. My mate felt crook after eating here. Sorry won't visit again.
All I wanted wad a coffee! Still waited 10 minutes or so no one else wad there! . Then given incorrect change, when I questioned this I was told I don 't have any five centses in my till yep? 5 CENTSES! You may say its only 5 cents, but how many other people has she done thos too! More staff education required, needed, essential!! Doesn 't deserve a rating, have to to move ahead!
