What Nolan Powlowski doesn't like about Chris's Patisserie & Bakehouse:
The chef worked in a number of Dubai hotels which made him international' chef? Definitely a desert chef and good attempts on sweet and savoury pastry to fit the local social economic demographic preference. The ingredient effort is superb here, this place has passion for food. read moreA new bakery located on Brierly Street is a must-visit family-run establishment. The owner, Chris, trained as a pastry chef at the Hilton in Dubai, and the made-to-order cakes, pastries, and breads are of top quality at very reasonable prices. The friendly service, excellent coffee, chai, pies, quiches, sandwiches, and lunches make it the best bakery in Weston Creek and Southside Canberra. Customers rave about the delicious breakfast and coffee, but the real standout is the incredible cakes made by a master baker. The welcoming atmosphere and friendly service have made it a local favorite spot for many residents. The patisserie is known for creating stunning and delicious specialty cakes such as the 100-year Wassail Blueberry Cake, which was a huge success at a recent event. Overall, this place is a passionate and exceptional food destination for the community.
