Bonefish is a great seafood restaurant. I went here with a group of six people and we had to wait for an hour and half before we got our table. Once we got to the table though the service was friendly and prompt. The setting is very intimate. The appetizers were very tasty and the grilled Atlantic salmon was excellent. I violated my normal rule to stick to what the restaurant specializes in (i.e., don't order seafood at a steakhouse and don't order steak at a seafood place). Instead of getting grilled mahi mahi or Chilean sea bass, I went with the filet mignon. I asked for medium rare and got medium well. Fail.
