Wonderful customer service, great food, and all for a great price. I?ve been going to jersey mikes for a while and I?ve had many exceptional experiences. For example the lemonade machine wasn?t working and so the cashier gave me a coupon for a free drink and snack. Every time I?ve been there they have maintained this exceptional standard. Normally I never do that....but I just walked in and am totally shocked now.... There's a girl who works there with blue hair that were totally rude to me. I didn't react at all... just stood there in unbelief. And then it was just realized that I'm not the only person to complain about her... how does she still work there??
