"We absolutely love this place! the food is consistently amazing. The white sauce is to die for. I get the Chicken Gyro and my girlfriend gets the Chicken Over Rice . Their French fries are perfect. The Philly cheese steak is so good ! honestly you can't go wrong."

"The first time in a past, and it was a break this time. like the atmosphere, the service was good, and the background live guitar music was a really nice note. but eating was disappointed as most of what we had were moderate. the beet salad came with very large unwieldy hunks of beet directly from the refrigerator (should cut and at roomtemp) and a stone amount gorgonzola. the garlic and the arepas were not as tasty as they should be (or have been in the past). the Margarita pizza was a flooded overload of the rather tasteless cheese. while not excessively expensive, basso is certainly not cheap, and eating should be better at these price points. Maybe it was just a night in the kitchen, but how to go to a restaurant to eat, I can not give a positive recommendation."

"Heard family and friends living in area rave about the genuiness of this place and tried it. PROS: Friendly owner. CONS: Almost everything else. pizza not genuine with good mozzarella but whole tomatoes and thick crust. Pasta fagioli not very tasty. Eggplant grinder salty. Prices on the high side $4 for cappuccino and $3.50 for small mineral water). Will not stop again. Sorry."

"I have to say that was a really great meal. The place is small and intimate; maybe 12 tables in all. 3 of us shared Calamari, mussels, Burrata as appetizers, and all three were fabulous! I chose the lasagna for my entree and it was a very much portion and just delicious. I enjoyed every bite. I saw other Entrées coming into other tables, and they were also generous portions and looked extremely appetizing. The service was on site and very friendly. I was impressed by all the experience and will definitely go back!!! Congratulations to a wonderful meal finals!! I'm just sorry I didn't make food recordings like I usually do."
