I'm with the walking group in Stocklands. I ordered a seniors coffee with toasted sandwich. I changed my mind so many times but Elisa was so patient and respectful. Charged through the app then told didn’t go through so paid cash. Paid twice for my order. Tried to call once I realised for over 30 mins no answer then phone was picked up and receiver left off the hook so I couldn’t call again. Incredibly poor service. Management needs to be made aware of this and train their staff to do their job properly including customer service. Will be taking this further to get my money back... View all feedback.
