Alsace is a dream for any gourmand, and this restaurant is no exception. Interior is fairly classic, but lacking some of the intimacy which is often found in many of the Hans and Gretchen houses around. Great food friendly and good service . Well presented food creative and modern can recommend if you want a long relaxing lunch in Alsace
Very good lunch- in my opinion, the meal was like any 1 star Michelin restaurant , except that you don't receive any pre-starter/dessert or bread with bitter.
Le menu pigment du jeudi soir est d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix. L'endroit est très beau, le service très agréable et la nourriture savoureuse avec un dressage soigné. Je recommande.
Le nom du restaurant « la palette » est bien choisi étant donné le nombre de saveurs et la qualité des plats proposés.
Très très bon avec un service à la hauteur,. Un très bon moment. Je recommande.
