Starbucks like everywhere else during this Pandemic is having a hard time finding employees. My closet Starbucks in Cranberry (Freedom Rd) has been closed prior to that service was slow. I went through this drive through at around 1pm on Wed, so not busy then. I don't pre-order on the app anymore because it usually takes even longer. I do use scan pay at the window.
