This small restaurant is run by Pierre who seems to play host and waiter.
We enjoyed our dinner immensely, sitting outside with several local youngsters nearby visiting with each other.
The downstairs/indoor seating isnt always open, if they are not busy they will only do outdoor seating. The food is good and service friendly.
I was very happy with the Pho. The place was clean and well appointed and the staff were friendly. The prices looked reasonable.
