reserved igloo, was not told about the fee or time limit. both were not great deterrents, but as we spoke twice personally with the restaurant, and once by phone to check the reservation and nothing was mentioned. we discovered the fee when the bill arrived and noted time limit when the manager recommended. Not really worth getting a reservation when they still make you wait 20 minutes for a table, or ask you to sit outside on a cold night. The kitchen also seemed to struggle with the timing of food on a busy night. View all feedback.
