Visited this place with family. I had been before and don't remember it being so bad. Americano (black) was so bitter I almost did not drink it. The one served with milk was a bit better. Hot chocolate was ok and the brownie was edible if a bit dry. The waitress neither greeted us nor acknowledged our presence. Once her attention was gained she took our order.
