The service was 5 star. A co worker wanted to try the new buffalo bites but couldn't make her mind up if she wanted 3, 5, or 7. The lady on the speaker was very patient. For a moment, I thought we were at Chick fil A with the great service we were receiving. Consistenly unreliable. This is a pic of the lettuce they put on my burger. When I asked for a refund they said no because I used the app . Never got my money back.
