What Audrey Gotwald doesn't like about Club Corner:
I had family in town that used to hang there we were trying to stop by for a few drinks and remenissing, 9:30 at night on a Friday parking lot has over a dozen cars but all doors are locked. When we called the bartender said no they're not open but the jukebox was on in the back and you can hear people having a good time. When we called the lady on the phone was Extremely rude, again 9:30 at night on a Friday night.... View all feedback.

A Westside icon. A classic bar with great staff and owners. A wide variety of patrons can saddle up at the bar or a table. Plenty of space, lots of TVs. I highly recommend it if you're tired of the pristine hipster establishments.
Was pretty excited to come to this bar for some highly esteemed karaoke, but my night was unfortunately tarnished by lies. My party called to double check and see that they had karaoke and that they were open late enough for us to come by. We were told they would be open until 11, but upon arrival at ~9:15 we sat around the bar for about 15 minutes as other patrons were served. The bartenders were seemingly digging a debit card from the trash can when they came up to my group and told us, specifically, that it was closing time.We thought this was strange as the other two bartenders were serving the other patrons and that there were still 5+ people in line on the karaoke screen. Confused, we sat around and watched the same bartenders serve customer after customer and patrons drinking beer out of shoes.Eventually, another bartender saw us standing there and came up to ask if we wanted anything. We asked if it was closing time like we were told, and the look upon her face was one of pure confusion. She told us they were in fact not closing and asked again if we wanted to order drinks. Then, the other bartender (who we later learned was the owner) came up to us and told us they were closing because they had been open since 8 am and that they were understaffed. Knowing that they open at 2 pm and also knowing that there were 3 workers tending the bar this just confused us even more.Reconciling with the bad service as well as the strange Chef Boyardee-esque smell ruminating in the air we decided to leave. Very strange to be treated so awful when literally all you’re trying to do is drink some drinks and sing some songs.
Tried to come here at 9pm on a Saturday after calling and being told they were open until 11pm. When we got to the bar we were ignored by THREE bartenders for 15 minutes. Finally a woman (who I later learned was the owner) came by and told us it was last call. I asked what time they closed and she said “whenever I want”. She then continued to serve other patrons. We obviously were not welcome at this bar for whatever reason. Sad and shameful. Maybe she wouldn’t be short staffed if she was kinder to her clientele and staff ??Edited to add: it also smelled like chef boyardee
