"My family and I have been coming here for years. We live about 1 1/2 hrs away, but it is typically worth the drive. But today was a sad exception. Service was pretty slow for the lack of guests in the restaurant. Stromboli was ok, but not wonderful, the fries that came with our stromboli were cold and grease soaked, almost likened to a wet noodle. We also could overhear staff talking about cleaning tables and how it wasn't their table, so they weren't cleaning it. Tonight showed a huge lack of teamwork and was a disappointment for us."

"The food was very good. The family liked it. I gave only four stars because I ordered a child's meal for my child, they just came to me. Wasn't happy about it. And the chief was at the door and saw that I had my hands full. She didn't even offer to open the door for me. I packed my own while balancing my food.
