Garden Bistro is a hidden gem at Oglebay Park. Tucked in the back of a building near the amphitheater, it has lovely views of the gardens at the park. Access is via either many stairs or a steep slope or a long walk. But the restaurant can send a golf cart to the parking lot just call ahead and let them know.
