"As someone with a wheat sensitivity I was curious by their 3 day sourdough process that doesn’t make use of nutritional yeast. Over 24 hours later and I haven’t noticed the typical reaction I get from wheat so they may have helped me narrow down the culprit to my wheat issues! My fiancée and I tried their sourdough loaf hummus on the first visit and warm cinnamon rolls (one regular and one pecan) tofu based icing on the second visit. We would have gone back for a third visit before our drive back to Vancouver but they had already closed. Check these guys out your tastebuds will thank you : D"

"I really like vegan food, but this place has gross super spicy food. I couldn't eat even a bite of it as it was hot and spicy. Almost everything on their menu is that way. There is nothing that is mild other than the baked potato side. Not everyone can eat super spicy foods. Good atmosphere and service was okay inside. Not impressed with the food choices though. The baked potato was bland and tasteless so i only ate that, but that could have also been a lot better. I won't be going back here. Also, part of my family is not vegan so they got food elsewhere and came back to sit outside waiting for me. The server said they couldnt eat there, but changed their mind when my husbabd mentioned i was waiting for my food. It also took a long time to receive."
