Overall, while some had issues with noise levels and pricing, many enjoyed the food and service, especially highlighting the steaks and cocktails. Despite some drawbacks, this restaurant remains a popular choice in Whistler for its top-notch food and service, making it a standout dining experience for many visitors.
We stayed at the Four Seasons Resort Whistler two nights, and are comeback customers of SIDECUT. Our servers were very attentive and also patient to introduce the menu. Foods are top-notched as always. Will come back again whenever we visited Whistler again :P
Amazing service and delicious food ! We felt welcome and appreciated from the moment we walked in. Each encounter we had was such a special interaction and it was easily one of the most memorable experiences I’ve ever had.
The food and service at this restaurant were excellent. The steaks we ordered were cooked perfectly and the wine selection was outstanding.
Fine dining at its best. The steak rubs amaizing. Excellent service.
Wonderful experience. We loved the bread service. We had the oysters and Cesar salad to start. The long bone was to die for. I highly recommend because it was worth waiting an hour for medium rare and came out so perfect. You could probably feed 4 people with it. It came with roasted garlic, red wine jus, and herb accompaniments. It was also carved table side (thank goodness). Really delightful steak one of the best tomahawk experiences I’ve ever had. We had the mushroom risotto and the broccolini for sides and shared a bottle of the Chilean cab sav. 10/10 would love to dine here again
