After choosing sidecut for my Birthday dinner we were not disappointed. The bone in Rib eye for is pricey but you won't get a better cut of meat. Prepared expertly with as many ala carte sides as you would like. The caesar salad starter was also world class. The menu was very disappointing with a very small selection of other dishes than steaks. We were told that the Chateaubriand Steak would take an hour to prepare when I ask why, we were told that the cook would like to rest the meat before presenting it?? That doesn't make any sense?
