What R Dawn likes about Eggsmart:
Hands down the best management and customer service at this franchise location. My husband ordered breakfast for my family on UberEats and when our order arrived we were missing syrup and butter. The manager drove to my home to deliver items after I called to complain. He was at my door in minutes. Come to find out it wasn’t his Eggsmart location we ordered from! What Yugal Bepari doesn't like about Eggsmart:
Such a disgusting place, we will never come back. Pancakes were undercooked and doughy not fluffy as you'd expect. There was a bad aftertaste to it and the waffles. Their pancake syrup tastes like nothing, literally...seems like it's highly diluted and there's an aftertaste of tea leaves in the food. They have zero customer service skills.
