"Maybe the best round food I ever had, I had the huh, pesto and mozzarella panini, after eating a panini for the whole week in whitby, it came with the best salat and coleslaw I've ever had. sure to say it will be my going to cafe every time I'm on the way! can't wait to taste the breakfast before they go home tomorrow!"

"Returned to Ditto after they re opened as a restaurant again. We always thoroughly enjoyed our previous visits to this restaurant and was apprehensive as to whether the standard would be as good. Pete and his staff are really welcoming and friendly, would recommend stopping here if you are looking to explore Whitby and the surrounding area, situated about 6 miles from Whitby in Egton village. Food is all home made and uses locally sourced meats and vegetables, nice selection of drinks and a lovely atmosphere with open fire and friendly locals. The accommodation is also Dog friendly too and there is a beer garden at the rear and benches at the front. Would definitely go back here"

"From the moment we arrived the service was outstanding. Our bags were carried to our room, an amazing welcome. The room was great, less a hotel room and more our room at home if we spent the time cleaning and tidying. The location is outstanding, the sheep might possibly be the best bit. We ate out (something I now massively regret). We had a night cap and pudding in the bar. The cheesecake was the finest I've ever tasted. Not cheap. But worth it. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5"
