Not the greatest decor, but the great food and friendly service more than makes up for it. This is our favourite lunch spot and have been ordering dinner take-outs from here for years. The large amount of asian customers to me is proof of the quality and authenticity of the food. read more.

this place deserves a minus rating. The place is old and dingy. The bathroom is close to kitchen in tiny hallway. This whole place is small and unappealing.. food is quite bland ard VERY overpriced. Not a bad Chinese restaurant really. Extensive lunch menu; hard to decide if you’re in a rush. The spicy beef was good. Comes with soup and tea for all of $11 s...

We first tried this by dining in. The food is really good. They are a bit pricey. We have gotten takeout from this place as well. Again we were not disappointed...

"Amazing food, always consistent. After dining here 10+ times I can easily say grounds and greens never disappoints. Food, Drinks and Baked items are always 10/10. Definitely one of my favourite vegan cafes in the lower mainland. I don't normally leave reviews but this place is too good not to! Highly recommend."

My two large pizzas took a little longer than expected (about 40 minutes) as they got quite busy with the lunch rush right after i ordered, so they apologized for the wait with a free slice of cake.
