Worst workplace to work ever. Management is racist. They do workplace discrimination and even criticize if you are left handed and make fun of you. Maybe the owner doesn’t know what is happening in the store. Manager is rude. Loretta hire people and move them from another province after that they refuse to help with permanent residency. Such a wastage of my work permit, time and money. View all feedback.
I stopped by this morning on my way through to work , I was disappointed in the customer service in the drive through.They were very short with me , no manners (please or thank you) , I understand drive through is supposed to be quick but the second I pulled up they took my cash and we’re pretty much throwing my order out the window.I will not be back to this location
I repeated my order 4 times on the drive thru then my order was shorti came inside for the missing stuff and they stii gave me the wrong ones i do not know how many mistakes you do with just a simple order besides no customer service what so
This is my first time and even the last time I come to this Timmy to order something. My cold brew is not even full. The service sucked, unrespectfully, and bossy. I think your store will make my day, however, you guys just ruin my day.
Honestly wish 0 stars was an option.7 days in a row, my coffee has been made wrong. I never thought a double double could be so hard to figure out.Several times I've asked for a bagel double toasted with cream cheese but apparently toasting bagels is also too complicated as my bagel is not toasted at all.The Tim's on the highway at least has a toaster and knows DD- go there.The Flying J has excellent coffee too.100% do NOT recommend this location.
Management should take action about the workers not enough training and rude people! Not recommending to get your foods here.!! Specially morning shift people.
