I went through the drive thru. From start to finish, the employees were super friendly. I've been to many TH's and the guys at the Whitehall location made one of the best Carmel macchiato I've had from Tim's! I'll be returning to this location. Thanks guy's! View all feedback.

The lady at the counter very rude and I asked for sweet tea and it had no sugar in it at all I told her I didn't have any sugar she doesn't know it has liquid sugar so needless to say ended up throwing it away and the donut I purchased was hard like it had sit there all day long View all feedback.
They were busy... I waited and I waited and I left... There is but so much you can do on a 15 minute break. One lady asked if they were still serving breakfast...
