Contribute FeedbackGiorgio's restaurant in Whitehorse offers good food, however, issues with slow service and lack of attention from the staff were noted by several customers. Despite delicious meals, long wait times and poor service resulted in disappointment for some. On the positive side, the atmosphere and decor were praised, along with the quality of the dishes served. Overall, Giorgio's may be worth a visit for the tasty food offerings, but be prepared for potential service shortcomings.
Stopped into giorgio’s while in Whitehorse based on the recommendation from our hotel concierge. We were greeted and seated immediately in the warm and inviting environment. The decor was Tuscan/Greek inspired and one of the nicer places to eat in whitehorse. The food was prepared nicely and they have a decent wine list and cocktail selection. Because it’s located in such a small town the restaurant will run out of items from time to time but the server will be quick to recommend other tasty dishes. The calamari was delicious as well!
Good food, albeit a little over-priced for what you received. Meal was served quickly, service was pretty good. Nice atmosphere. Would recommend or return.
Good food, good service. I ordered the prawn and scallop fettuccine, good serving size, fair amount of scallops and prawns, good flavour, not AMAZING but just above average. A bit overpriced, but that's whitehorse. Restaurant was about half full and I received my dinner quite quickly. Nice interior.
Good food, good service, good wine selection. One of the more upscale restaurants in Whitehorse. Good for either a romantic night out or a larger group.
Was dubious given the low approval rating and poor review, but this Vancouver diner was OK with the prices and thought the atmosphere was great and friendly. Calamari as appetizer was perfect, as was focaccia bread to start. Halibut was perfect and very fresh. All good here and prices seemed in line with our expectations.
