What User likes about Panera Bread:
Excellent service! I was already a fan of their delicious bread (so crusty! , but their service has really won me over. I ordered a sandwich and accidentally only received half. I expected to be reimbursed and only pay what I got, but they offered me a sandwich free of charge next time I?m in. On top of that, the person I spoke to was really friendly and understanding of my problem. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
eating is very good and the staff is very friendly. the reason I give only 3 stars is because the service is always extremely slow. there are never long lines, but it always takes between 15-20 minutes to get through the drive up. it was my observation that the cars in front of me in the usually don't get much more than a coffee or a single small bag.
