The food at this restaurant is excellent! I ordered the white fish and it was delicious. My partner had a seafood plate and loved it. The portions are generous, we had enough leftovers for another meal. The staff were friendly. View all feedback.
What Kent Reid doesn't like about Dale's Seafood Of Whiteville:
Take out plate was around $15. Oysters were burned black and shrimp was a greasy mess. Very little on plate to start with. Thru it outside when I got home. Not fit to eat View all feedback.
Calabash style seafood in small, medium, and large. I get plenty with a small size. Love the fried oysters and scallops. Service is good and the wait is short. First time I have been to this location and was very impressed. I recommend them.
We went there with my fiancee's family to have her a Birthday dinner, I will say the seafood was perfect especially the oysters! Us being a good size crowd the service was amazing, we had a private room, and they even sang her a birthday song!
Food wasn't all that good. Waitress was nasty had a bad attitude. She told us that the salad bar wasn't included in our meal but allow 3 other customers to go. The Dale's in Lake Waccamaw is way better.
I had a tour and pay $17.03 for a seafood plate with the garnels, oysters and crabcakes with fringes. all that could be wrong with this teller was wrong, the oysters were not even raw almost yet, I couldn't get them the diligent on the garnel was not even enough to hide the müll that had unveined and not got wrong, I know little garnel that the size can't really be so deveinated, but so scatter that I can't at least see. the crumb cake was not cooked, the fries fritted to be cooked too hard as the oysters should be. there were three of us and all three plates were the same. we dared not take them back to complain because they are afraid of what could be done to them, so we came home and my cousin said she would be her and her mother is my tante in the air frit and finished cooking her. I also had an air frit, but did not feel like I was leading the movement, had no dog or a cat to give it so that I frozen it and put it in the garage when it was killed. it was absolutely soou good, I guess we chose a bad day this day.
We were on the way to the beach and decided to get a late lunch on Saturday. we have reviewed trip advisor and decided to try Dale’s. great choice! the place was a little busy, but friendly greeting, taken on a table, and took our beverage order. while we waited cod our food, they brought a basket of hush puppies that were hot and bright and a little sweet. my wife had the chicken sandwich she said was very good. I had the regular garnel plate and there was a very generous serving of perfectly baked and fried garnels that they were sweet, tender and almost a tempura battery. excellent! the fries were good, like the Slavs in law. the service was friendly and efficient and the other couple said their tellers were very good. it was a great meal and we will stop the next time we are in the opposite.
