My wife and I stopped by this Arby's this morning to order three sandwiches. I ordered their wagyu hamburger. My wife ordered their Reuben sandwich. And Ithe third sandwich was the regular beef. "The food was really good, but we were very disappointed in their timeliness in seating us and getting us our food, especially since there were not many people there. The most disappointing part is they ran out of fish on a Friday, but didn 't offer any sort of we 're sorry, we can get your another meal for the same cost. Just not what I expected from an upscale place. As a server myself, we would have bent over backwards apologizing!"

"Not a fan. This place changed owners (I think) and it is not as good now. The new owners are trying for a mix of their family ethnicities which is ok in theory but not great in practice. I believe it was the owner that greeted us, sat us, and waited on us. Service was great, no complaints there (hence the 3 stars). However, walking in we were greeted with a very strong smell of I'm not sure what incense, air freshener I don't know but it was overwhelming. In my opinion you should smell the great food walking into a restaurant, not an overwhelming scent that doesn't belong. I smelled it the entire time it was there never got used to it. The food was mediocre at best. My husband for the shrimp and grits and he was expecting some Salvadoran flair of some sort but he said it was very bland. The portion size was also small considering the price. I ordered an Italian option from the menu and chose the chicken Parmesan. It was okay but, honestly, I like my own better. Nothing special and no extras no starter salad, bread, Parmesan to add nothing but a bowl of spaghetti noodles with a piece of chicken on top. It left a lot to be desired in my opinion. Maybe just not our thing but I don't think we will be back."
