"Stopped in for brunch. Always a gastronomic pleasure to eat here. I had the papas con huevo delish, my Mom has the lime tortilla soup OMG good! The owner/ chef, Elena came out to greet diners, stopping at each table to greet patrons with a hug or a kind word, which makes you feel like you are spending time with family. The staff is wonderful, decor is cheerful with just the right blend of Mexican art and modern furnishings. Impeccably clean, which is always a super plus in any dining establishment. Prices are very affordable and there's plenty of street parking. Whiting Cafe and Cantina never disappoints. JoD"
