Good chicken but turning customers by 2pm .no inside dining just drive thru,..people ?.They we're yelling out the door (employee) very rude she needs to be trained on customer service no need to yell back at customer. Floor and trash needed to be picked up floors needed to be sweeped quite aess inside no Ice machine also was out of beverages ...but had delicious chicken ?? View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about El Pollo Loco:
The first time I bought this pollo arm and there hardly a chicken. I asked for no rice, no beans, no juice. I'm very disappointed. I used to have an operation so I can't complain. There Horchata was much too thick as the water part did not work in the machine. This is a pollo shell, my question is where the chicken is???? I wish I could add a picture.
