The food was good. The brisket was perfect bbq'd and the taste was good. Very easy to take apart and chew. The Tri-Tip was not so good. The taste was good, but it was too chew and a lot of work just to eat it. The cheese bread was delicious. The baked beans were a bit dry, but the taste was wonderful.
