Let me start by saying: I’m in the customer service industry, and we take our reviews VERY SERIOUSLY! I don’t throw around 3 star reviews willy nilly; I know it stings a bit to see less than stellar feedback. We got to BD’s at 7 pm and had 9 adults and 4 children.
