What Sheena Y likes about Chili's:
Great overall experience. They did bring our food a little too quickly. We had just gotten our appetizers and before we had the chance to eat them, our food was out. That’s a huge pet peeve of mine, so I was a bit frustrated. However, our waiter was really great. He said he was new, but still was very attentive and hard working. What Chris doesn't like about Chili's:
So disappointed, had an expected 15-minute wait, down from 25. We were seated and presented with menus, then sat there for 20 minutes without even a drink order or a stop from the wait staff. The people after us were seated and served. We turned on the “call waiter” button on the table display and waited an additional 5 minutes, nothing, with 2 waitresses in the area, neither even looking at us. We got up and left.
