New Lemongrass used to be my go to for Vietnamese food when I wasnt up to cooking it myself. I was raised by my Vietnamese mama, so I know what Vietnamese food should taste like. And this couldnt be further from good, let alone even close to authentic. The lettuce is wilted, theres no pickled carrot or radish, their nouc cham has no flavor, their noodles are very undercooked, the pork I dont know WHAT that flavor is... read more.

Everything was pretty good. I wouldnt recommend the tendon with the pho as it was really tough to chew, but everything else was good!
