Spangles - Feedback

What Christi Z doesn't like about Spangles:
Usually Spangles fries are my favorite by far. Todays were rather disappointing. They were fairly soggy, many looked bad, and their flavor was less than expected. Then there was the burger. Honestly, with the condition of the lettuce, Id have rather they just left it off. It was badly wilted and did not look right. I asked for extra pickles and barely got the normal amount.
