First visit was ok, spent about $150 of meat. When the lbs were wrong, it was corrected, but the butcher was not shy about being inconvenienced. Called to place an order, lady was very snotty on the phone. Picked up meat and went home. Unfolded meat to find about 4 lbs of fat on the outside. Called to ask why it wasn't trimmed.
