Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Arrived 5 minutes past the pick up time and was told they were finishing up my order. Then I waited 15 minutes and at that point they told me they were out of turkey (2 of our 3 sandwiches). They never apologized nor did they ever acknowledge my wait.
