I'm trying not to be critical. It was at the end of the day when I ordered. I think that had a lot to do with it. Chicken was dry. I don't know why, maybe overcooked or because it was the last batch that was sitting too long under the warmer. If you're in business, you need to plan ahead so the quality doesn't suffer.
