Order was placed online at 6 pm with a 6:30 pick up time. Arrived at 6:30 and said we are working on it . 5 other people came and picked up along with dine in orders. Asked about my order at 7:30 and stated it would be another 15-20 minutes. No sorry,no credit and basically did not care. I cancelled the order and left as that is a ridiculous and I have to now work with 3rdparty vendor to obtain my refund. We eat here... read more.
