I recently placed an order for the whole catfish dinner, 2 pieces, and like always it was truly delicious but unfortunately the cook is cooking the catfish to the point that is considerably harder than normal. My takeout order had no utensils or napkins which is a minor complaint but just want to make sure that that's brought to the attention of the management...
