"Wittnau Professorenklave south of Freiburg. The small village on the pass between Hexental and Ehrenkirchen probably has the highest academy density in the population. Each cozy detached house has a view of the Rhine Valley to the Niederen Knee, the building prices correspond to those in Freiburg's preferred residential areas. There was only one question of time until the appropriate gastronomy took its way to its clientele. The angel in Wittnau was an old guest house with small rooms, low ceilings and large tile stove exactly the kind of village restaurant that radiates everywhere.
