"A reservation with special requests (special table at a specific place) was promptly confirmed by email. Even a change in the time in the meantime was handled promptly and professionally. All with great kindness. Even when we arrived 2 hours earlier than planned, this wasn't a problem and we got the table we wanted straight away. The ordering and service was prompt and quick, he was extremely friendly and his fun personality put us in a good mood and made us feel welcome. Even during the meal we regularly asked whether there were any further wishes and our every wish was read from our lips. Top shift manager with an eye for service, kitchen and guests. This man really enjoys his job and puts a lot of authentic passion and sensitivity for his guests. Unfortunately, something like this is experienced far too rarely... But here in the Seenario it can be experienced. It was a very nice evening with quick service, very good food on average and reasonable prices considering the ambience, view and friendly hospitality and professionalism.
