The weather was good, the evening was lukewarm, we went to the beer garden and found there at a free table. Operation After a few moments an operation came from the house, greeted us friendly and gave us the menus. She immediately asked if we already had drinks, and we ordered a big Pils. After the necessary time for insertion, the operation came back to our table and served the drinks. In the meantime, we had decided on food and placed our order. Besides the few other guests, she provided us with quite flott and was friendly and very attentive. After a reasonable waiting period the service brought our two plates and wished “good appetite!” The steak on the plate of my counterpart looked very good and was praised by him accordingly. On my plate I found, besides a part of roasted potatoes, an initially difficult to define, cheese-baked mass, crowned by a parsley branch.
