"Shortly after the private trip to Dresden and the surrounding area, I was on my way back and met with a business partner at this hotel. The weather was good, the evening was lukewarm, we went to the beer garden and found there at a free table. Operation After a few moments an operation came from the house, greeted us friendly and gave us the menus. She immediately asked if we already had drinks, and we ordered a big Pils. After the necessary time for insertion, the operation came back to our table and served the drinks. In the meantime, we had decided on food and placed our order. Besides the few other guests, she provided us with quite flott and was friendly and very attentive. Food The kitchen style is called “ground, but sophisticated and modern”, there are German and regional dishes as well as some international delicacies. The entire map can now be found on the hotel's homepage: [here link] My business partner ordered a lapping steak with garlic and tomato butter, plus frits (200 g for 15,80 € , I found favors at the “Big-back Steak “Lucullus” with cream ampignons and cheese, baked with roast potatoes” (300g for 15,90 €). After a reasonable waiting period the service brought our two plates and wished “good appetite!” The steak on the plate of my counterpart looked very good and was praised by him accordingly. On my plate I found, besides a part of roasted potatoes, an initially difficult to define, cheese-baked mass, crowned by a parsley branch. Among them was the pig-back steak of respectable size and part of mushrooms. They were freshly roasted, the meat was tender and tasty. The roasted potatoes were also well roasted, had clear roasted areas and were well seasoned with bacon and onions. I was satisfied and well saturated. Ambiente The beer garden behind the house is shaded by some trees that we felt very comfortable today. There were reasonable, stable furniture, you could sit there well. As regards the establishment of the guest rooms, I refer to my previous review. Cleanliness Regarding the cleanliness of glasses, plates and cutlery, there was nothing to complain about, otherwise you have to expect the leaves to fall outside. We did not visit the toilets on the ground floor, no statement is possible."
