this is funny tbh I have ordered from munchies for the last 5 years now n I had never had problems my eating was always punctual n they have always used the freshest ingredients to satisfy my luck. I will guarantee that u will never take away a better one, then this respect for all who work there, keep the excellent work that already do. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Munchies:
we made our order around 6.10 it got 8 clock yet nothing so that I called the woman on the phone that they run out of thunder in common so that she sent an extra piece huh and that she couldn't tell us when she saw the food, it finally came around 9.30 and it was absolutely disgusting the nan brot was mold and the salat was brown not usually called after complaining but this place had to be called View all feedback.
I waited for an hour and forty-five minutes for a pizza and drink. When the delivery finally arrived, there was no explanation as to why it had taken so long. In fact, there was no dialogue at all. The food was good, but the customer service was nonexistent.
It appears that the restaurant has switched to a new cheese for their pizzas, which has greatly disappointed me. I used to be a frequent customer, but now I will have to find another place to order from. I would prefer if they increased their prices rather than change the ingredients to save money.
I love the pizza at this restaurant - it's the best place to go! The only downside for me is the long wait time for food - once I had to wait for over 2 hours.
I always look forward to my weekly visit here on my first day off work. The staff are friendly, always ready for a laugh and a joke. The food is always satisfying and I highly recommend this place.
The restaurant is very clean, the food is consistently hot and delicious, and the staff is great too.
