Great gluten free pizza! I have celiac disease and found out (after having a flare up) that another local pizza place was cooking their gluten free pizzas on the same grates as the regular dough. I went to Pie Nation and they make their GF and Cauliflower pizzas on separate grates and have a separate cutting board and cutter. I went with the Cauliflower and it was delicious!
